Lisa is a tattooist and artist ˖⊹ ₊˚⋆

Specialising in botanical, fantasy illustrative and freehand tattoos with an ethereal aesthetic.

Born and raised in London, UK to Mauritian Chinese parents. Drawing since childhood, her current work is deeply inspired by multiculturalism; filled with whimsical tributes to the interplay of Eastern and Western traditions.

After university, Lisa spent years balancing office work by day with artmaking by night. Then in late 2020, she finally gained the courage to pursue art full time. Taking on a tattoo apprenticeship offer to join a world she'd been fascinated with since getting her first tattoos at 18.

Weaving together ink and pixel dreamworlds, her art explores themes of nature, femininity, esotericism and the cosmos.
She is honoured when clients resonate with and choose her original flash designs to wear forever. Have a look through her flashbook and pick your favourites.

how it works

- the tattoo process step by step -

online booking
After submitting a tattoo booking form, you'll receive an email reply with: a price quote, available dates, deposit info and design clarifications, if needed. Bookings are not scheduled and confirmed until a deposit is sent.
design consultation
Custom designs are shown on the day of the appointment and any adjustments are made before tattooing begins. Designs sent in advance can be discussed. Major changes, such as complete re-designs may incur extra charges, so please be specific during the email process.
applying the stencil
Appointment day! First the design is finalised. Then your skin will be cleaned and prepped ready to try the design stencils. The stencil can be rubbed away and reapplied until you're happy with how it looks.
tattooing begins
The most exciting part! Try to relax but feel free to ask if you need to stretch, eat or take breaks. Complimentary water, tea, coffee and snacks are available at the studio.
Photos and videos
Hope you love your new tattoo! After letting the tattoo rest for a few minutes, photos will be taken for portfolio purposes. Please do say if you'd rather not have photos posted on social media.
aftercare
Your new tattoo will be wrapped with cling-film or second-skin. And you'll receive a tattoo aftercare instruction sheet and aftercare ointment to take home.
