Lisa is a tattooist and artist based in London

Drawing since childhood and tattooing from late 2020, I specialise in fine-line, realism & freehand tattoos with an ethereal aesthetic that flows harmoniously with the wearer.

With a fine art and animation background, my skillset includes & extends beyond botanical, fantasy illustrative, abstract + ornamental styles.

My work explores themes of nature, mysticism and the cosmos, the clash of eastern and western traditions, femininity, vulnerability and empowerment.

how it works

- the tattoo process step by step -

online booking
After submitting a tattoo booking form, you'll receive an email reply with a price quote, available dates, any design clarifications and deposit info. Bookings are not scheduled and confirmed until a deposit is sent.
design consultation
Custom designs are shown on the day of the appointment and we can make any adjustments before tattooing. Major changes, such as a complete design re-do may incur extra charges, so please be specific during the email process.
applying the stencil
Once the design is finalised, your skin will be cleaned and prepped ready to try on different sized stencils of the design. The stencil can be rubbed away and reapplied until you're happy with how it looks.
tattooing begins
The most exciting part! Relax as much as possible but feel free to let me know if you need to stretch, eat or take a break.
Photos and videos
Hope you like the tattoo! After letting the tattoo rest for a few mins I take photos and videos for my portfolio. Please let me know if you'd rather not have photos posted on social media.
aftercare
I'll wrap your new tattoo with cling-film or second-skin and go through the tattoo aftercare with you step-by-step. And you'll get an aftercare instruction sheet and tattoo aftercare ointment.

the studio

In early 2024 I opened my own private tattoo studio, Mooncove ⏾
I wanted to create an inviting safe haven that’s filled with soft earth tones, plants and art. Providing a cosy, spa-like and creatively inspiring space to get tattooed. Clients have found it less intimidating compared to big, busy shops, especially for a first tattoo experience. The studio can be found a short walk from Liverpool street and Spitalfields market, a quiet refuge amongst the city bustle, I hope to welcome you here soon!
